Bill communicates very clearly and nicely so I could understand the complex loan application process. He is also patient and respectful. He actually helped me with 2 loans so far! It was very good experience working with Bill. I would highly recommend Bill to my friends.
Better communication between the loan team and buyer.
Upon signing the final documents, we noticed that the property was not going to be held under our trust. We brought it up to Bill who told us we can hold off signing until we got it right. Bill could have took the easy way out and told us to sign and to figure out how to change title after signing, but he put in extra effort to make things right.

Communication between the builder and escrow wasn't aligned and I had to do alot of piecing together and relaying of information.
