Bill is probably the most pedagogical mortgage loan originator I have ever met. He went over the process and numbers over and over numerous time I fully understood. He made my first home buying a very pleasant experience.

Bill communicates very clearly and nicely so I could understand the complex loan application process. He is also patient and respectful. He actually helped me with 2 loans so far! It was very good experience working with Bill. I would highly recommend Bill to my friends.

Upon signing the final documents, we noticed that the property was not going to be held under our trust. We brought it up to Bill who told us we can hold off signing until we got it right. Bill could have took the easy way out and told us to sign and to figure out how to change title after signing, but he put in extra effort to make things right.
