Becky, Sonia, Georgia were amazing. We built our home 4 years ago and used Q Financial with great success. The whole process was seamless. So with the prices of the homes in our area rising and the rates getting lower, we felt it was the right time time refi our existing mortgage. We were purchasing from out of state and the OnQ team made the entire process easy and smooth. Their Simplicity app is great - I was able to scan and send documents and track the progress of our package from beginning to closing. Every single step of this process was explained carefully and made simple. Billy worked diligently to process my loan in a timely manner. He and his staff members worked after hours many days to ensure the correct documentation was being processed. His assistant Kelley was in constant communication from start to close. They made the loan process very simple. I appreciate the personal touch that the team members of OnQ provided. This process could have been so much more stressful considering that I was pregnant and a first time homebuyer.
