The use of the app because you could go in to and see the progress of the loan. Communication whether it was e-mail or by phone, and overall it was a good personable service. Underwriters could be frustrating, but that is out of the hands of the finance company. Thankfully Billy and his team persevered and got my mortgage. Thank you!!
