Billy worked diligently to process my loan in a timely manner. He and his staff members worked after hours many days to ensure the correct documentation was being processed. His assistant Kelley was in constant communication from start to close. They made the loan process very simple. I appreciate the personal touch that the team members of OnQ provided. This process could have been so much more stressful considering that I was pregnant and a first time homebuyer.
