By chance I stumbled across this website and it made our dreams come to life, for anyone wanting to purchase land and are like us and do not have great credit then this is the perfect place to start! There is nothing hidden, everything is disclosed upfront and you pay exactly that amount! The office ladies are amazing and really work with you and answer all questions you have! I can honestly say if I never would of found this site I would never own 5 acres in Colorado!
