This is a great place to buy land. Very courteous people and even understanding if late on a payment. I look forward to talking to Crystal when I call to make a payment and the other girls too. A beautiful piece of Colorado property that we couldn't have other wise afforded if not for "Billy Land". Very reasonable prices.

I really liked participating on every parcel auction that I chose, which their where seven properties total and acquired. Billy and His staffing where really helpful answering promptly all my questions by phone or e-mail regarding the properties that I was interested on. Loved the land we were buying .untill today when we were told that they can't sell it to use.we put in so much work on the land not to mention the amount of money just to be told we can buy it now.and there's nothing close to our price range in the area we want to be nor is there any other land in the area that we could work a deal on.very disappointed 😞

Heard terrible things this is cap. Bidding for a down payment ?! Heard they send you titles after paid that aren't legit
