This is a great place to buy land. Very courteous people and even understanding if late on a payment. I look forward to talking to Crystal when I call to make a payment and the other girls too. A beautiful piece of Colorado property that we couldn't have other wise afforded if not for "Billy Land". Very reasonable prices.

I really liked participating on every parcel auction that I chose, which their where seven properties total and acquired. Billy and His staffing where really helpful answering promptly all my questions by phone or e-mail regarding the properties that I was interested on.
