Loved the land we were buying .untill today when we were told that they can't sell it to use.we put in so much work on the land not to mention the amount of money just to be told we can buy it now.and there's nothing close to our price range in the area we want to be nor is there any other land in the area that we could work a deal on.very disappointed 😞Â
Heard terrible things this is cap. Bidding for a down payment ?! Heard they send you titles after paid that aren't legit Â
