Both Dr. Sadowski and Dr. Ballestrino have been wonderful. My husband and I have been going to Biltmore Commons since 2009 and have felt right at home since the first visit. Also, Emily, at the front, couldn't be nicer. They totally work with you financially to make sure everything gets fixed, but at a pace you can afford. Good people.
Very pleased.... Emily was very kind to get me in so quickly. Patty was a very good Assistant. Dr. Saperstein took good care of me.
Everything went great and so is the staff. I do have one item: Everyone forgot to remind me on the card, email, & phone call- to pre-medicate myself with antibiotic. I remembered myself the night before and, fortunately, I had some to take. Please put a reminder for the next visit as the script will need to be phoned in to the pharmacy.
For the last several years we have had trouble finding a dentist to replace my childhood dentist who finally retired. Our experience at Biltmore Commons Dental Care has ended our search. The front desk, hygienist and doctors are all exceptional. We hope to be patients for years to come.
