Dr. Balestrino and staff were very friendly and thorough. I wish I can take them with me to California.
From booking to reception staff to dental professionals, this office is a pleasure. Every detail is taken care of cheerfully and efficiently. Appointments can be made easily and reminders are sent out via email or test - your choice. Technicians and Dentists are thorough, gentle, and upbeat. Front office - upon arrival, I was offered cool water and asked if I could have it when leaving instead. When I left, they handed me a bottle of cold water without even a reminder! Wow!
I've been in a lot of dental offices in several countries and have never found a friendlier group of people. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
My dentist joined this dental practice shortly before he retired. He has since left, but my husband, children, and I have decided to stay with Biltmore Commons Dental Care because of the quality care we receive there. The staff and dentists always make sure that you are comfortable and explain what they are going to do before they do it. If you choose to, you can stay connected with them through e-mail and texting for appointment reminders. You can tell they really care.
The staff is top-notch & the office environment is very relaxed & calming.

The best dental office I have been to. Dr. Todd Sadowski cracks me up. He's funny but more importantly is so good. When I had some work there it was painless and turned out great. The office is so friendly, it's easy to get an appointment, and they are always prompt. My hygienist Jen was the sweetest girl. Made me feel very comfortable. It was almost like being with family. And it was the best cleaning I have ever had. Thank you all at Biltmore Commons. I hope to be your patient for many years to come.
