However I have been perscribed heavy pain pills, muscle relaxers, all the way to lidocaine patches… my back is jacked from US Military service. This device when the pain is too strong for a lidocaine patch with my meds will deaden the pain to allow me to relax… I found this by accident and now I’m a strong supporter to fellow vets! 3.0 out of 5 stars The batteries on the GO version don't stay charged long. The replacement patches are very pricey. I think the BioWave is a great product. I used the BiowaveGO first and had a significant amount of pain relief on my lower back, so that was great. However, the batteries either didn't work correctly or the type of battery didn't last long, so I could barely get one use out of them before recharging. 5.0 out of 5 stars It works for me. I have 2 bad discs, L4 and L5. I have rev 1 and rev 2 Quells. The rev 2 has become less effective as the pain has moved up the back. I bought BioWaveGO and attached it and increased intensity until it felt a slight grab in my back. Left it on for 15 minutes and then shut it off. T.he back pain was gone. It was one happy day. Now I attach it once or twice a day for 30 minutes and am mostly pain free.The conductive pads last about a week, the only disappointment.
