Now the bad news - the electrode pads are crap. The adhesive lasted two uses even though the seller says they are good for ten. They are also poorly designed. My friend has also used it on her painful plantar fasciatis and tennis elbow and felt so much better both during her day to day chores as well as while playing tennis and other workout activities. I particularly like its portability. I can bring it with me wherever I go. Great device.
