So much better than the tens unit I have, you’re able to charge this one, you can put it in your pocket, or clip to waistband and because the button to increase/decrease the intensity is an up and down arrow not a dial, you don’t accidentally modify the intensity. Love the how to guide which depicts placement of where the pads should be based on the area you’re looking to treat. Lastly, price point is extremely affordable!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Pain relief made easy! I have used the BioWaveGo for upper back pain/tightness (in between chiropractic visits). The relief has contributed to better sleep and mobility. Recently used it for shin pain from walking in heels - within 30 minutes the pain was gone and did not return. Worth the investment and extremely easy to use.

After the first 30 minutes of using this I started to feel relief. As I have continued to use it, I have remained pain free and have stopped taking ibuprofen.
