Highly satisfied I am really glad I decided to bring my children to this dental office, they loved every minute of it!! Thank you to the staff for making it such an enjoyable experience!!! We will definitely keep you as our dentist from now on!!! The children went for a cleaning and were not afraid at all of anything that was done to them. Their ages range fro 2-10 and the dentist was very friendly and answered every question I had.

Child Friendly! My son had to have an extraction today. He wasn't scared one bit. They refer to pulling a tooth as "wiggling" and hide the needles so the child doesn't seem them. Love how they go about things!!
Friendly Staff, Great services, Grest for kids The staff is great with kids both big and small. They make kids feel comfortable. They keep parents and older kids informed about their dental health. They are knowledgeable about insurances and letting you know about coverage. I would recommend Bippo's to anyone needing a pediatric dentist.
Friendly They are very kid friendly, and the other waiting room for teenagers and adults is nice so I do not have to sit there listening to screaming kids. I do not like that they did a root canal on my kid then said to take Tylenol for the pain. Tylenol is not working and they should know better. That level of dental work needs some kind of REAL pain relief. I do not like seeing my son in pain the next day still not able to eat because his mouth hurts.
Bippos Place for Smiles in Slidell Facility was very clean and inviting, staff friendly, knowledgeable. Wait time was very very little, quick service
Children love the atmosphere and Dr. Heidi makes it an enjoyable experience!
