Great with very young children I was very impressed. Had my doubts at first but once I seen everything from the front to the dental hygienist and talked to the dentist through checkout and as a real plus I'm so busy and get email appointment reviews and reminders! I rate the A+
Great with children! My son had three teeth worked on and the doctor was awesome. She had a very positive attitude and was very encouraging.
emails,calls,texts Appointment was quick and place was nice. My children have gone to Bippos since they could. I do however have a problem with Bippos. They called my phone twice, emailed me twice, and then texted my phone 3 times. I feel that was a bit much. I had already confirmed the appointment with the email. Someone needs to take control of that!!!
Kiddo is getting over her fear, perhaps The staff is always pleasant with us. My child has been fearful ever since her first visit and subsequent treatment when she had to be put in the papoose board. Hopefully, her maturity at her last visit will carry over into her next, now that she has some confidence about being there. We even stayed to play afterword. I am grateful that the staff has never had a problem with me staying with my child throughout exams or procedures.
Friendly place and we were seen very close to our appointment time. They stayed on schedule. This was my first visit but I was impressed. They also provided some good feedback to my questions.

wonderful people My son loves going to bippo place for smiles. He enjoys playing before the appointment and the treats he gets for doing a good job while getting his cleaning. I like that the staff is no nice and takes great care of my child's teeth. Wouldn't switch dentists for anything!
Sixteen years of Wonderful treatment!! My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Donaldson for a very long time. She started as a toddler & will be turning eighteen next month. I must admit in the beginning I did feel nervous waiting up front after she took the assistants hand & went to the back "like a big girl!" However that feeling was soon comforted by the ever so sweet staff & especially when seeing my daughter return with all kinds of rewards & stickers!
