My little girl loves going to Bippo's. She will be four in a month, and has been to Bippo's three times. I accompany her into the back for her cleaning, as she is too little to go by herself. My only -- and it's minor -- constructive criticism of Bippo's set up is that I wish they were more accommodating of parents in the back room. However, all of the other amenities -- indoor playgrounds, fish tank, ceiling train tracks, etc., more than make up for my not having a designated place to be during her cleaning.
Great dental experience This was a great visit!! I have always had such good experiences here. LOVE Heidi My kids love the play area.
Tooth Removal both of my kids had to get two teeth taken out. They're both extremely dramatic , however the staff members were able to keep them calm. I was allowed to acompany them in the back and walk back and forth between their rooms. There was no crying or screaming. Everyone was nice and welcoming. We were all pleased with this appointment. My kids are now waiting for the arrival of the tooth fairy.
From the front desk to the staff in the back, everyone is so friendly and accommodating.
Our hygienist was awesome with my son who is anxious about going to the dentist. She was so calm and helped him feel at ease! It was an awesome experience.
Treated child with kindness and tenderness My son went in to have two teeth removed. The hygienist and the Dr. treated him as though he was their child. The were very kind and patient. They walked both of us through the procedure. They even allowed him to listen to his iPhone during the procedure which made him even more relaxed. Great Dentist and Staff! My son went for his 6-month checkup and cleaning. The dentist and staff were very friendly. I was able to go in the back with my child and ask questions about any concerns I had. I love Dr. Jill Donaldson and my son does, too.
Very courteous & professional atmosphere!
We always have good experience here!! My son hated the dentist until I brought him here and now he can wait to go back every 6 months.
