Professional service My children actually look forward to seeing the dentist! Thanks to the staff for doing an outstanding job!
Friendly! my daughter was so happy that she had a friendly nurse like Ms. Courtney. She was so nervous to go in the back without me to get a filling done, but my daughter said that she took such good care of her. When she was all done, she was all smiles :) THANKS COURTNEY!
Wait time ridiculous My son had an appointment scheduled for 3:20 pm. I had to check him out of school early so he could go home, brush his teeth and Drive 30 minutes to the appointment. The office was very crowded and chaotic when we arrived. He was not seen until 4:15. It is just not worth the time and energy to continue at this office. It's a shame because my son has been a patient since he was a baby. I feel as a parent and consumer that it is time to find another dentist.
High quality service and very professional My daughter Alexandria felt the service was great and professional. Alexander said she was really comfortable with the oral surgeon and he and the nurse made the experience funny. Alexander was very pleased with Dr. Tesa and wants her to be her permanent dentist. The staff really take care of the children and the parents.
Waiting Was there for two hours to fill a cavity. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Visit, but C.S. Needs work The visit was great where it counted. The Dentists are really caring and attentive to our needs. My daughter didn't appreciate the assistant not knowing who she was looking for, as she repeatedly call the wrong name. It's really a sore point with her.
I wasn't happy that I had a been under billed and was mailed a bill for what I hadn't paid. ( incorrectly estimate of insurance.) Bippo threaten to turn me in to a collection agency. However, every time I overpay they keep it till my next appointment and then discount me. Treated me like a criminal and my kids have been going there for 16 years. This was very rude and not customer friendly.
Dentist needs to stick to profession Staff is great, wait time is almost none, but doctor needs to learn about what to say and what not to say that may make mothers/fathers uncomfortable or children feel marginalized.
I usually have a pleasant experience when attending this dentist , however my Son's appointment was a complete disaster. The appt. was schedule for 3:20, we arrived at 3:12. After sitting for 2 hours, I walk up to the receptionist to ask about our appt. time, she jumped up and printed a piece of paper from the computer and ran it to the back office. Her actions concluded to me that, she had never informed the Dentist that we were there, and had a nasty attitude when I asked her about it.
