Great service, very family friendly and professional I loved the inside of the building. From the moment my kids waked in they had no idea they were in a type of "health/doctor office". They walked thru the entrance and were so excited to see the walls covered in art and to be able to crawl through the actual door. Every corner of the building captured their attention. My experience was great everyone treated me very well
I hope this visit was just a one time thing. I felt like they forgot about us. It seems things were moving along then when we were getting handed off to another employee they forgot about us or lost us or something any between. I had a 2 o'clock and at 3 I had to get up to let them know. Then I felt the rest of the visit was rushed. This was our first visit visit and I just hope future visits are more organized.
Check up visit Very entertaining play space to occupy the kids while waiting for the appointment. The appointments seem to run about 15-20 minutes behind, but they are very nice and take the time to explain if you have any questions, even it they seem like silly ones. My 10 year old says they are a bit rough on her teeth sometimes so they get a good rating but they are good otherwise.
