Dentist Consultation I was pleased with the dental care provided. I was surprised and amazed at the time that Dr. Jill Donaldson spent with my child, my husband and I. She gave us her complete attention and answered our questions with clarity and sincerity. She is obviously an expert in dentistry. Its good to know that she truly cares as well.
Always a great experience! Even teeth cleaning can be stressful for kids. The staff are friendly, upbeat and positive from the front desk check-in, to the professional services received in the dental chair. I actually heard giggles coming from my daughter while she was having her exam because the technician was telling her jokes and putting her at ease.
Good for kids I have been going to Bippo's for about 10 years now. My daughter has outgrown them but my son still goes. He is autistic and they are very good with him. He has a good disposition but he doesn't speak and he doesn't understand everything people say to him. They are very patient with him and usually his cleanings and treatments go very well. it's great service great people I think they may have over booked this time we went but other then that I reallylike Bippos
professional and friendly Our 1st time there was very pleasant. Very friendly staff and inviting atmosphere for the children. Would definitely recommend them.

One Sugarbug :/ The staff worked so well with my daughter on her first visit to the dentist. The dentist did not make eye contact with me at all when she was explaining what her plan of care was going to be for future visits. I did pay out of pocket for the visit and the receptionist made me speak to the office manager about paying out of pocket. I felt like they were talking down to me a bit.
