Friendly service We love coming here. The wait was longer than usual. I'm assuming due to kids having school next month. Other than that the staff is always courteous.

Great service The staff is very friendly and went out of thier way to help my son when he came in with a severe tooth ache. I appreciated Diane so much and how she went above and beyond to make everything happen easily and effortlessly. Very very pleased.
Very professional and extremely friendly staff!! Bippo:s Place For Smiles in Mandeville, Louisiana always provides professional, and friendly service whenever my son has an appointment. They are great about appointment reminders, and letting the parents know exactly what happened during your child's visit. They are always right on schedule, and complete services in a timely manner. I love the way the dentist him or herself always makes time to come out and speak with the parents themselves. Absolutely awesome services!!

Hippos Mandeville Overall bad service , had to wait 3 months for every appointment even before covid-19
Losing faith in this office The doctor rushed through my child’s exam today. Didn’t take any time to speak with me. And I have questions. When I tried addressing with the tech, I was told I could opt for extraction. Really? On an 8 year old with a cavity? My child doesn’t floss well. I get that. But I think the actual dentist could spend more time with the patient & parent. Most definitely with the parent. And I don’t know how that office gets away with this open exam room. Change in Mandeville Office I was disappointed and concerned last week when I brought my children into the Mandeville office. Specifically the new clinical staff in the hygiene area were unprofessional. They chatted between themselves at times going into loud laughing. They were so distracted by their socializing, that they paid very little attention to my children. Normally, the hygienists talk to the children making them comfortable and reassuring them. Everything with the appointment was fine other than the one hour wait when I had 2 appointments for 4:00 and wasn't seen until 5:00...very disappointed!!!
