Fast food dentistry Very colorful for children. Great play area while you wait. My daughter went for a checkup. The entire visit lasted about 15 minutes. I don't feel like they took time to examine her the way she should have been. They are very concerned with getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. However the bill was not missing any details. They charged us for anything they could think of. I like the hippo theme and I live 3 minutes away but we will be going someplace else for dental work for my 3 children.
Unprofessional, unfriendly I have been taking taking my son to Bippo's since he was 2. Never complained about any of the visits except on Wednesday when he had to get a baby tooth extracted. The hygentist was unprofessional! My son has ADHD and Aniexty, and he was really nervous when she put the mask over his nose so he can get some "fresh air" and he was getting a little loud and she told him to " calm down there are other little kids here that will get scared". Wasn't what I expected Everyone was nice and wasn't a long wait. Place wasn't nothing like on tv advertisement. I understand there was construction going on. I traveled a long distance hoping to find a place for kids to be comfortable and have a good experience. It was my daughters first time and I had my 2 other kids and I couldn't go back with her because of that. My kids go with me everywhere because I have no sitter. Unprofessional,unfriendly Brought my 3 year old in and just because she was crying the lady kept telling her to stop that she was going to scare the other kids and that she would have to go somewhere else and she had an attitude towards my daughter the whole time and look at me like she had an attitude towards me. Then when we left I asked my daughter if the lady who cleaned your teeth did she hurt your teeth and she told me yeah mommy. My daughter is supposed to return again in 6 months but I'm going to bring her somewhere ... read more
Not very pleased with the service on this particular visit. I appreciated the fact that my child was seen at the last minute, however, she needs a root canal and was sent home with no medication and a follow up appointment to get it done 3 weeks later! This was definitely not the type of service I was hoping for.

Horrible Place My appointment was for 2pm and I waited for 45 mins and still did not get seen. Two people came in after me and got seen before my son. I heard that they double book only medicaid patients and the regular insured patients get seen first and are not double booked. They are mean to the children. They let one child choke for 5 mins before they did anything to help. I'm so disgusted with this place!
Not a good experience When we arrived there was 4 adults in the waiting room, not very many people whatsoever. We waited an hour and a half before being seen then almost another hour and a half before finishing. My son had two teeth pulled, one which was loose already. I watched two kids go back, have teeth pulled and come out long before my child. When asked if there were any complications, I was told no! So why so long?
Wait too long We always have to wait a little before my son is seen (20- 25 min) but our last visit had us waitingover 45 mins. I.don't have time to wait in a dr's office that long. Disappointed
