Rep did a fine job, no complaints on him. Only complaint is that this isn't the first time this has happened, and so I'm not sure on the "effectiveness of the solution" yet.
My representative was very impressive in how fast he was able to help in resolving the issue and had patience for all of my questions!
DB from Enterprise Support was wonderful to work with! He answered our questions quickly and was even willing to get on a quick video call to screenshare and talk through everything in more detail.
