My representative help me with the best in the entire company he was wonderful. You should give him a raise and a weeks off for vacation.
Learning how to use all the Birdeye features takes a lot of time. We would have liked more guidance and instruction from the implementation manager, in addition to the on-boarding spreadsheet.

I had a wonderful experience with Itishri Kakkar and our onboarding process. She was always responsive to ANY questions that we had and if she did not have the immediate answer to something, then she would find out and get back to us.
