We have received a significant increase in reviews The chat feature has changed our business for the better. CONS The contacts don’t always migrate properly. Best in the Business It's an easy-to-use platform to request and collect reviews from customers. I especially like the user-friendly interface and appreciate how easy it is for businesses to manage their reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback. PROS I love the dashboard and how easy the onboarding process is for my clients. My MSP has many clients in different industries using Birdeye. They all love it and appreciate it. CONS Nothing. Everything is really good with this product.

Birdeye Platform Review Birdeye has its ups and downs like any platform, but I do enjoy using it. Especially the contacts I have at Birdeye. They are always super helpful and responsive!
