Stay away from this company. They will make you so many promises. When they first set you up then you will receive meeting after meeting months after months of paying the same fee and nothing has changed. It has not helped my company at all. They claim they will bring in more reviews. They will place you higher on Google. None of that has happened they told me all my listings would have the same address and phone number and still after months the different sites have different phone numbers different addresses. Everyone was so helpful, from the sales support to onboarding support, I felt fully informed about the product and how to use it. The Birdeye app and website dashboard are easy to use and intuitive. I love the product and the additional features like AI responses to reviews that are professional and warm. I highly recommend Birdeye!!!
Excellent company that provides multiple services in one app and desktop. From reviews, to referrals and social media posting, Birdeye does it all. No need to pay for two or three companies. Birdeye has you covered and their customer service has been excellent.
The team at Birdeye is amazing as well as the Birdeye platform. 5 stars for the developers as well. I’ve tried three different platforms to increase sales and reputation and just no good. I found that buying reviews are scam for your customers. A customer taking the time to leave a review is gold; and Birdeye awesomely help you with that process. The experience of leaving a review is satisfying and I’m returning the favor for the ones helping me with my business. Birdeye 👍🏼
I would give them less than one star if I could - their customer service is worse than horrible. The software itself is overly expensive and lacks features that other basic applications have. I have emailed them many times over the last 4 weeks trying to get help and they refuse to respond. At first they sent me to a "retention specialist" but now they just ignore me and have kept me tied into a contract without providing the service I am paying for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
