Great customer service throughout the process of first signing up, rolling over the funds, investing and all the way through to follow up questions afterwards. Only complaint is the fees have gone up substantially since the inception of the program. Either way, stellar customer service and quick responses have done much to counter my annoyance with the fees. :)

There was a little confusion at first with some email I should have gotten, but we cleared it all up.
Tony was a great help throughout the process answering ally questions and guiding me through the process letting me know exactly what was going to happen. I'm not certain I can think of anything that would need improved. The process of transferring funds from old account to new was painless.
The response is quick and effective. The platform should be updated that operations could be done online directly on the platform even if I understand it will be in the short future.
