Your back office did not get funds over to the kingdom trust after a sale. Need to add coins like OMG and other solid emerging currencies. Must have a better buy-sell procedure. Waiting 24-48 hours to trade is too long given volatility.. What exchanges are you using? Would like to know where pricing is verses using public data bases. Like coinslive.com to see what they have posted. Like my AE Scott Tavolieri. When there was a problem he seen to get it worked out.

Increase automation,...your associates seem to be overwhelmed and overdressed due to extremely high volume. Very understandable. Would be good to offer automated buys and sells for your experienced and established clients. Save your associates for those needing help and those needing to establish new accounts.

15% fees I feel are high. And kingdom trusts new fee structure is ridiculous.
