Not sure what I could suggest! Everyone was professional, patient, efficient and competent. I am very pleased with my experience with Bitcoin IRA.
I had a good experience considering I was rushing everyone after the holidays. I would have a better experience if they would lay out more details on the plan and more details on how each process 401k vs IRA works and include more details on each step of the process. I found myself asking them, what's the next step a few times. Also it would be good if we had a chance to read the contract upfront rather than feel rushed to read it and sign while someone is waiting on the phone for you to finish. Took a little longer to get money in my account and to ultimately purchase my cryptos than i would prefer.
Executions completed quickly.
Very clear walked through the process as I transfered traditional investments. Staff was kind and helpfull the process. Cryptocurrency will be adopted by the masses. I am glad to see bitcoin IRA is there for you.

Looking for more timely delivery of account creation. I understand how busy the company is at this point in time however I think this is an area in which we can improve. It might be as simple as bringing new staff on board to assist with the work load.
Shortened length of telephone response time would help relieve customer anxeity.
It was a couple of months before I got the information of my account numbers, but, otherwise its a great opportunity.
