I paid thousands of dollars in fees and got poor service. Buyer beware!!!!
You could inform your clients of all charges to include the almost 4 hundred dollar fee from kingdom trust. I'm still waiting for my free litecoin which I had to pursue. It also would have been nice to know it would take well over a month to complete the process.
Condors about how slow you move and react to a buy order has cost my purchasing at 19k instead of when I spoke with you and agreed to do business at a much lower price. Yet your fee was not low. I really do feel it is best to figure yourselves how to improve your business, why ask me? Please remove me?
Poor experience. I sent in my application over a month ago but they told me it should only take 1-3 weeks. My funds were transferred to Kingdom Trust 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened and I haven't received any info on progress or where my account is at. IRA rep doesn't reply to my emails or messages through customer service. I'm looking at pulling my money out and going through someone else.
You people must be crazy paying 15% above spot price! The person I spoke to had very little knowledge about bitcoin, he only was repeating buzz words and scripted lines. All he wanted to do was close me and I felt as if I was in the movie boiler room. Stay away, these guys are opportunist with little understanding about bitcoin and charge way too much in commission.
Eleven of the sixteen '5' star reviews are duplicates & triplicates. If I can't trust your review process, how can I trust you with my life savings? Please address the false reviews.
TERRIBLE experience! I read other people's experience, maybe I'm the oddball here or the majority of these reviews are paid. In any case, I called in to inquire about rolling over my IRA to a bitcoin product. The sales rep Diego Vinals (supposedly a Sr Rep) was very rude and unprofessional in addressing my concerns.
