Found hair in my food, biscuits were hard as a rock, grits were watery with big clumps, gravy was all water with the hint of gravy. Manager was rude and wanted to argue about the issues. Asked for a Pepsi and got a Diet Pepsi, what a cluster. I called the corporate office in Cali and I’m waiting to see what happens. Another family had hair in their food. Cooks were messing with their hair and touching food, not washing hands, leaving food in the window forever.

We used to love black bear, but the last 3 visits it’s the same story. Slow service, poor quality food, and order issues. His time takes the cake. We waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even offer us water. Cocktail sauce was rancid, and items were missing. We were charged for a refill on a kids drink (included in the kids meal) just so many issues that continue to get worse.

Signed in and was told it was be a 20 min wait. Waited 45 min went up and asked the hostess said we would be next and took two more and then a third and cleared and everyone that was there and that came in while we where waiting! Wow we came out of state not coming worse place

The clam chowder was cold and the nastiest tasting chowder I ever had. I couldn’t eat it. The mashed potatoes had obviously been sitting for awhile then heated in the microwave making them chewy rather than creamy. The vegetables were cold, the coffee was mud. The Tri tip was just ok. My husband’s open faced turkey sandwich was just as bad. The Turkey was dry, gravy cold and mashed potatoes again just nuked in the microwave. What a waste of money, usually there food is decent and we usually are pretty happy. Tonight my food was completely raw, bacon was completely un cooked. the potatoes were raw with raw veggies on top too when they usually are supposed to be cooked. The food severed was completely uneditable, very disappointing in your kitchen staff. They can do much better than this. if you want better food just go somewhere else.

Be careful when ordering over the phone.. when I called in this morning (to American Fork location) I could hear people talking to each other. After saying hello twice, they said hold on. Then they proceeded to take an over the phone payment while repeating all the information including card number and expiration date over the phone while I could hear it all...... 😳😳😳 I then ordered but made sure she didn’t repeat my info, and this is how the hash browns were packaged.. with grease all over and smashed under two entree bo... read more
