Two out of the last three times there was not good service and all three times there, they were out of Dr Pepper. My wife brought her own this time. The food was good and just sounds like bad management.
I have been to the one in St. George and in west valley and the food was very good but I can't say the same for the one in America Fork the food was burnt and cold would not recommend eating at that location !!!!
I was so surprised with how terrible the food was here because that is not what I have heard about black bear diner. I took two bites of tri-tip and one rib they both teast like what a old sitting mildow towel smells like and now I am so sick really hoping I don't have food poisoning... Our waitress however was super nice and was great!!! Just terrible food so disappointed and a waist of $40 And really sad anniversary dinner. We will never be going back...

We brought our family for dinner tonight. The service was terrible and food was subpar. Our salads were brought after our dinner (we had to ask for them). My husband's food and mine were brought to the table before our 2 son's. It took about 5 minutes to get our sons pancakes. My Open Face "Hot" Turkey sandwich was on cold bread with cold gravy, the Turkey was lukewarm at best. We had to flag down someone to get anything taken care of. Had a late lunch with my family around 4:30 today. They were out of tri tip for my sandwich so the waitress talked me into a burger. I ordered sweet potato fries. The rest of my family ordered. Food took a very long time. Food ended up being delivered cold. My wife got fries instead of onion rings. My mother missed out on the coleslaw she ordered with her fish and chips. This place is awful! After our waitress took our order we waited for over an hour for our food which then came out cold and just plain gross! Never eat here if your looking for good or even ok food. This place sucks!!!

Went for late lunch, not many there. We waited 45 min for sandwich Turkey sandwich was awful. Stale bread, no mayo, tasteless. Service was not so good either. Do not see what all the self praise is about. I could have done bettet at fast food
