I personally enjoyed it! First time ever and will be back! The customers behind me said the waiter seemed rude, but I didn't see it. He was patient even when my son had to go potty (he's 2). My food was better than Denny's, the environment was clean, welcoming, and friendly. Oh, and my coffee was hot and filled! � Thank you Black Bear Diner � suggestions: more smiles and cheerfulness, I guess. Since people are complaining for rudeness.
We stopped here in the morning around 10am and it was a little busy which most of these are being so popular-no big deal. Once we got seated our service was perfect and quick..great food as always. Visited from out of town.

Very busy on the day went but managed to get a booth in less time than I thought. I recognized Manager Paul from the Woodland BBD and had a short pleasant chat. Food was awesome as usual.
Management was great, made sure we were totally happy with everything. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, but very polite. Food was great as always
