We went to a Black Bear Diner a couple of years ago and were totally unimpressed with the service and the food. Never went back... Until today, when we were encouraged to give the new Arden location a try. What a difference! From the moment we were seated (in 10 minutes, not 20 as we were warned) and asked how our day was going we felt like valued customers. It was super busy but didn't have to wait long and the food was so good! My son and I enjoyed it but the waitress should of checked to see if we needed drink refills more.
I like the other black bear diner but this one is better. Great service and great food.

Cheeseburger Salad... One of the greatest salads I have ever eaten! Huge portion and everything was perfect! Second day in a row. I think I'm a regular now!
My family knew this location was in construction and we decided yesterday to find out if they opened yet. Found out it was their opening day! Staff was very attentive and took care of our every need. Food was awesome! And it's 3 miles from our residence! Definitely going back on a regular basis!
