Food is usually excellent. Wait staff are very friendly. Speed of service can vary enormously. It seems to be better when it is busy, which seems backwards. But I suspect the staffing is more complete during normal business periods and it becomes very understaffed during slower periods. Still, the food is really good at times.
Their food is really good and definitely served as big portions. Their cinnamon French toast is amazing, the scramble with chorizo is also good. Only problem which was expected was the long wait.

The wait was a little long, but worth the wait food was excellent & the waitresses & waiters sang Happy Birthday to my mom thank Big Bear
Customer service was great... Waited only 25 minutes to get a booth (not bad) and the Brunch was hot and Yummy...
They were really nice and accompanied our restrictions on food. Only thing we weren't happy with was when we walked in they had so many booths open, a lot of people waiting and no one at the check in station. We choose to sit at counter and got served quickly.
We were a group of 20 yesterday and another group of 30 came in at same time. Some guy was an a hole behind us and extremely rude, yelling at hostess and still he was treated well. We were served at individual tables and food was good, service too Vegetable soup very good. It was good enuf to go back as a couple. Tri tip was done correctly and tender.
