All truckstops should take lessons from these folks. Awesome food, people....everything! I'm sick of these places always trying to shove this fast food crap down our throats...its killing us!
I thought the big black bear diner is ok . They also have to remember since you are in a truck stop with all type of times when people want to eat. You're not open. If you are going to stay there you should try and see how busy you get if you were open 24/7. And if your not busy then close like you do now. To get your business going more you should have people give out coupons for a free drink or a dessert. Just a thought for the winter season that is coming soon. Thanks for being there.

Sundays food was bisquits and gravy. Normally it's good but the bisquit was dry and not much gravy

I was seated by the hostess and sat for ten minutes without being acknowledged. The place is not busy 4:30 in the afternoon. Long story short. I walked out. I prefer not to piss off the people serving my food. So. My choice was to leave and not come to this truck stop again. The rest of the chain is very good food and service. This is not the first time I have had bad service here. Good luck.

Overpriced and the opposite of tasty...downright nasty.
They were able to serve the 3 people with me, but I got my dessert really late and what should have been heated, was cold like it had been frozen then thaw baked to Luke warm. It tasted ok but thought it should have been served together
