RecommendedThe food is great but the hours suck for a truck driver. They open at 0600 but that's the middle of the afternoon for a lot of us. Now 14 hrs later I get my first food for the day.
The first time we went, it was great. Second, the service was hideous with a waitress best described as surly in her best moments, and the food was also not as good. Lost us as customers.

This is not for truckers this place takes way too long and the waitress I had was horrible why they put this in a truck stop is beyond me...

I was at your restaurant yesterday and i was verydisappointed with the food and the waitress my husband ordered your chicken fried steak and it tasted like it was freezer burned and i ordered the chicken fried chicken and it tasted the same my husband asked for unsweet tea and didnt get it until he ate some of the meal they never asked us how was our meal or did we need any refills we are truckers and × have very limited places to stop to eat
Food was horrible !! To be honest I've went to black bear about 4 times each time I said maybe it was juts what I got but twice my chicken wasn't even cooked all the way ! But I would say that their service was good ! My waiter kept my cup filled ♥️
