So we dropped off the family limo at Mac's cooling to get the air figured out... we walked to black bear dinner to have my girls eat breakfast. .just to get disrespected and ignored by the staff waited 10 minutes to get attention.... after 3 couples got sitting before we did ... and well knowing me I had to let them have a piece of my mind my girls were hungry... and now am sorry to say I will never be back to the black bear dinner ever.... I love Black Bear and always look forward to my visit when traveling to Bend. I was so upset after hearing the experience my friend, her autistic son and family rec'd at the Beaverton Location this weekend. The waitress showed her irritation from the time they ordered and swept their plates away before they finished. Training may be an issue. This is the 4th time she's visited and was treated rudely.

I don't think I'll be back. Service was great, food was mediocre at best. Salad had brown on the edges, and the steak was over cooked. Wasn't that busy, so they can't use that for an excuse.
