First time visiting and my family took me here, the food is great comparable to IHOP, however the service was awful left us uncomfortable and annoyed at the table when my family was sooo excited to have me experience black bear! Such a shame really ...won't go back but food was delicious and you get huggge portions!

Staff was ok, not too crazy friendly. The bacon was amazing!! But the pancake tasted like it hadn't been fully cooked, or at least just very dough-y. Still a good place to eat though, and I'll probably be back!
Great food. However, I had some family come from out of state and we met there only to find the staff at this location is horrible. Embarrassingly horrible. Being a guy who is satisfied with an MRE, I take my family out to eat for the experience together and not so much the food. I wont eat here again. Thank goodness my family made it such a great time in spite of the staff here. My Aunt and cousins rock.
Every time I come I have a worse experience than the last. This time I was quoted 15 min to be seated. Was seated over 30 min later and after people who came in after me with the same size party. My sons food had an ant in it. Mine had a hair in it. The biscuit I ordered was hard and cold. Pancakes so dry I stopped eating them. This is the last time I eat here. The way people are allowed to stand and block the entrance/exit is a fire hazard! Not to mention I'm sure at times puts them over capacity for this building.

Bug food in big portions at good prices but everything was so sweet! I wish there was an option for regular buttermilk pancakes, the sweet cream pancakes were too much.
Be careful using your debit card to pay for your meal the waitress got charge happy with our debit card running it for the wrong bill which was only a 2 dollar difference instead of giving us the option to pay the 2 dollar difference she voided the charge and then reran my debit again which then she says as she is dropping off the ticket at our table "oh just so you know I charged you for the wrong ticket but I voided it and charged your card again for the right one" well I have access to my account online so instantly I che... read more
