Terrible customer service… from the hostess to the waitress (Rose). I want to add that a waiter, Jaime, was nearby our table and offered to assist us after we waited a long while to get my daughter’s dessert that our waitress forgot and to get coffee refills. However, the food is well-portioned and good! Overall, the bad customer service ruined our first time dining at this restaurant. We will not be coming back.

I am extremely upset .. Just left without Dinning My Husband And I sat for an hour and were not served.. last time I come to this Brownsville, Texas Location. 3 waiters and 2 cooks and Noone could bring Out Our food On time. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed !!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
