Apsoutley the worst place to work and eat. I quit there for the lack of respect by manager and other Co workers and so many other issues and health and saftey . The kitchen is always filthy , personal items always by you're food like there phones . Dish room is falling apart like the floor and mold and gucky dtuff everywhere . They will put you to work sick which means germs on ur plates and food ! since it was Friday night , I wanted to order the all you can eat fish I took a tiny bite when I got it it was nice and hot but I could smell a fish smell before I even tasted it so I tasted it oh my God it was horrible oh my God I can't even answer it'll probably keep me from buying fish from any fast food places. The guy that was with me tasted it and he spit it out too thank you. I live in Aransas pass not here in the valley anymore
Saw one of the wait staff walking around putting trigger fingers to his head and deadass wanted to do the same with the shitty service that was provided
Wow what a horrible experience for first time visiting this establishment. Ran out of menus but hey found one so we had to share. Waiter took fooooorrrrreeeweevvvvvveeeeerrrr to take drink and meal order only to bring me a loaded baked potato unloaded 🤦🏼♀️ and cold. Had to remind waiter of items missing three times and that’s cuz place wasn’t even packed. Price is not even worth the service and quality of food. Terrible service. I got my burger in like 3 different parts. By the time I got the last part 20 minutes had passed and my burger was cold. When we asked to take the “deluxe” part of the burger off since it was never arriving we were told to just take it in a to-go box. Another guest in my party had ordered onion rings instead of fries and after asking 3 times they finally got it when everyone else was done eating and ready to go. No no no! The first 2 times I went it was great, started off great. The next 2 visits my food was handed to me cold and the waiter was very un attentive. I said i was done with that place. A month passes by and my wife wants pancakes. So we go maybe things change. No. They had a waiter who was slow and un attentive. Another waitress comes takes our order. Worst food ive ever had. Cold and flavorless
It took the waiter 20 min to bring the drinks, we told him we were ready to order and he said he wasn’t ready to take the order, left and came back 30 min later, to take the order. Food was nasty, cold and no flavor, it was bland. And to make things worse, our waiter disappeared and never came back EVER. So another waitress ended up helping us and she wasn’t to happy about it.
