RecommendedGood food, bad service. Most food served some sent back because it wasn't right. Manager made it right. Slow waitress with bad attitude.
Service was poor...no one come once to ask how we were doing...food was good, big portions..but asked for crispy bacon, not crispy at all and the biscuits could have used more gravy, which I would have asked for but no one came by..:.don’t think I will go back

Horrible service. Walked in at 11:30, and told it would be a 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later we were finally sat at a table, and waited over 5 minutes and still no drink order. We ended up leaving, as a waitress watched us and did not say one word. We will never return!!!
Food was good but service sucked.
I don’t recommend this blackbear at all my food came out wrong twice, even the waitress told the manager how bad it was. I didn’t have to say anything

No they have bad serves,we got there 10ish we waited almost an hour then got sat waited for an 15 mins , I had to go tell them we need service.. finally got our drink waited 1 hour to get our food 1 hour.. We weren’t greeted friendly, waited about 30 minutes before seated then an hour after finally got our food then one person had to wait another 5 minutes to get their food. We didn’t get refills on our drinks until we asked for it, and still had to wait about 5 minutes again.
