Slow service 6:20-7:45 still no food
management was horrible. I had to input my own name, there was no one to attend us. manager was standing there ignoring us while the line started getting longer. I will never come back again first amd last!.

Food under cooked. Fries were the worst I have ever tasted under cook and oily
Took my son for his birthday. We both had the steak and eggs. His hash browns were over cooked and my red potatoes were not fully cooked. I ordered over medium eggs and they were too runny. We had to ask for more coffee since our cup was not refilled. Also, we had to ask for spoons to stir our coffee. Oh!! We asked for two coffees and was brought one cup. The food was cold!!! Took forever to get our food!
It was ok , however my family is amazing
Ive been to others black bear restaurants and was totally different experience. The coffee was strong , my daughter eats turkey meats for this one has no turkey meats for breakfast, I love your biscuit and gravy but my biscuit was not hot at all. We had nothing to even eat with had to wait till waitress came back for folks we did not receive anything to stir our coffee we used are folks. It was busy but this store could use some improvement.
