The food was great but the server was unatentive. She was horrible. The manager even had to refill our drinks. Bad service.

Food was cold. Steak was over seasoned with Montreal Steak seasoning. Country potatoes were themselves flavorless but pepper and onion was overpowering. Chose a biscuit with my meal, I got an oversized packaged dinner roll instead. No butter or jelly. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Sat at the bar this morning and watched multiple employees scoop ice out of the bin using the cup instead of the scoop which is located right next to the bin. Brought it to the managers attention and while speaking to her watched it happen again. With all of the illness and disease going around I don't want that nastiness in my ice and drink ! How many other things are you touching and how many people touched those cups before using them as a scoop? Just gross Black Bear diner! Teach your employees about food ... read more

Things are just consistently getting worse at what used to be my favorite breakfast joint. Food used to always be hot and fresh and delicious... Now, if it even comes out right, it’s cold and sloppy. The waitress wasn’t even concerned with why I didn’t eat most of my $20 breakfast this morning. The eggs were hard and disgusting. The biscuits were cold and hardly edible because they were so hard. Colorado Springs location poor management, they refuse to seat people when they have a lot of empty tables. Manager can’t give reason why they’re refusing to seat people. Staff standing around doing nothing. Customers waiting 30-45 minutes to be seated. Corporate needs to get new management PRONTO because they’re losing money with this type of attitude and poor customer service
