Not today, a bunch of empty tables both inside & out, they’re refusing to seat people even though there’s a 1/2 hour + wait. KITCHEN WAY BEHIND

bring back the original menue items. such as the original fish fry. The fish portions were bigger and the breading was perfect. Your fish today tasted like frozen fishsticks. The breading was horrible, it had a congealed grease taste that tasted like the same as frying fishsticks at home. It maybe all you can eat, but why should I pay 11.99 plus tax for a dinner I can easily make at home for less money?
my meal was Terrible, Service Bad. Ordered Western BBQ hamburger, the meat was dry and hard on the outside and raw in the inside. also ordered sweet potato fries, and received french fries, (crisp but not hot) . 2of us were there for an early dinner 4:40pm, we received our meals timely but mine was totally wrong, they sent it back, and almost 1/2 hr later received fresh order. Went there yesterday with a good friend. Eric was our server and he did an outstanding job. Yana brought us our food and forgot an item. While she was gone we started digging in and the country red potatoes were just mush. No texture at all, just potato smoosh. When she returned, I asked for hash browns instead and she got all pissy with me and I didn’t appreciate her attitude at all. RecommendedBurger was raw, gravy was cold & chicken fry was not fresh. But the service was beyond excellent. The waitress adjusted our bill and sent home 2 complimentary bearclaws

The service sucked. The waitress took our order and never returned to the table. We set there for over an hour waiting on our food and drinks were never refilled. We ended up just leaving because the waitress came back to the table after we talked to a different waiter and was like did you order food. Then she proceed to tell us our food was on its way after she rushed over to put the order in that she forgot she took the first time around! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I absolutely can not believe that I had the experience that I had tonight at my absolute most favorite restaurant! We first were sat by the most rude guy ever who literally threw our menu’s on the table, but everyone has bad days right?! Well we then waited for our order from the kitchen for upwards of 45 minutes, only for it to be cold!
