In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. This afternoon was my first time here. I was meeting family from Denver and Colorado Springs. We had about a 45 minute wait for the table, but it was amazingly worth it! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. We tried to avoid dessert, but the case at the front got us... My daughter in law took home bread pudding. We will definitely return!
