In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Huge portions so seriously consider the smaller plates unless you want leftovers. Very good comfort food.
Food itself along with the portion sizes were pretty good. Service was very good and friendly. Would recommend to others that would be traveling through.
