My husband and I went there tonight @ 7 for dinner... or so we hoped. When we got there, there was a couple waiting to be seated. Two different employees passed by them and didn’t say a word, not a “ be with you in a moment” not a Hi not a word. My husband and I like to sit at the “ bar”, service is usually wonderful at the bar. 5 separate employees walked by us, in front of us... not One said a word. Point blank ignored us. Second time visiting, first time was great but yesterday out experience was a bit disappointing. I ordered the open face hot turkey sandwich. When I placed my order I asked for my side to be a side salad, now I will admit the menu was a bit confusing and I thought the dish came with mashed potatoes and a side. When the bill came and we reviewed it I asked why I got charged for it. She briefly explained it wasn't part of the dish, but had I order the turkey dinner then I would have gotten the salad plus more turkey. Now I kno... read more
