we usually have breakfast, had lunch with some family from out of town...we had already told them how great it was. what a disappointment, greasy burgers, awful potatoes small fries chicken. we asked for a comment card, they sent over a manager, who blamed it on the teamster union, smh. probably our last trip there.

The service was extremely slow and the restaurant was not that crowded. Several people got their food after everyone else was half done and one of the people in my party got their food after most everyone else completely finished. My mashed potatoes were cold like they had been in the refrigerator. I ordered tri-tip and it was like leather. I requested horseradish and had to ask three times before I finally got it. I'm really sad our experience wasnt that great today. we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to the front even just to take our name. Then finally the manager seated us but never gave us menus. Felix was our waiter and noticed no menus so he got us some, came back and started to take our order. In the middle of taking our order, the manager came over, told him to go home and told us he was sick and we would have Kathy as our waitress. From the Hostess to the server, they were in such of a hurry they were acting like they were too busy to serve us
Clearly they can't actually handle having business. Ate there on Halloween for late lunch. Service was great and friendly though the kitchen was slow AF especially considering there were three whole tables seated . Ate there tonight and what a disaster. We were all disappointed with our visit yesterday. Had it been our first time we definitely wouldnt be returning. Been there several time before, no complaints. The presentation of my sons meatloaf(which looked like roast beef on the plate) along w wrong gravy...unappealing. Taste was good. I ordered pecan crusted trout but more about half of fish had no crust at all...was bare, must have got left in the pan :( what I did taste was good. My husband and I went there tonight @ 7 for dinner... or so we hoped. When we got there, there was a couple waiting to be seated. Two different employees passed by them and didn’t say a word, not a “ be with you in a moment” not a Hi not a word. My husband and I like to sit at the “ bar”, service is usually wonderful at the bar. 5 separate employees walked by us, in front of us... not One said a word. Point blank ignored us.
