Unfortunately this is my second time I’ve had a horrible experience in this location but today took the cake. First we waited 15 mins to be acknowledged when the place was empty. I specified to Micaela no onions due to allergy. When we got home not only did it have onions but it was like I asked for extra. I called to speak with a manager and turns out she was the manager. I wanted to have dinner here tonight because to be honest, I loved, (past tense) the service. However for the past two experiences I’ve tried to dine here, the servers have been overwhelmed and just can’t provide the service they normally give, the food quality has declined in taste and appeal, not to mentioned any organization. It saddens me to say, this diner has lost its luster and taste. Guess I will be taking my money and time some place with the quality this diner and see to provide.

We arrived and got seated ordered a hot tea and an iced tea no sugar no silverware no salt and pepper then when we got our platters potatoes were old and soggy waitress didn't even bother asking us if we wanted anything had to ask another waitress for salt pepper and silverware and wait staff didn't even ask us if we wanted to go box paid $34 for garbage don't eat here

Ordered an online order tonight on their website at 8:26pm. Got email confirmation to pick my order up at 8:44pm. Doors were locked when I arrived. Nobody answered the phones. Took me 20 minutes to get somebody to answer the door to find out they weren’t making anymore orders. Another 10 minutes to get them to remove the charge from my card. Waste of my time and of coarse everything else descent was closed by then. Won’t be supporting their business anymore.

Had 'take out' biscuits and gravy yesterday. The biscuit were super doughy and when I cut into them, there was raw dough in the center. 😜 Had to throw them out.

Ordered the pork chops & eggs. The only thing good were the potatoes. I think the pork chops were nuked. My son's bacon was burnt. What's happened to You? Use to be our favorite restaurant. Very disappointing.
