Great customer service! First night open a couple of mistakes but very apologetic and we were taken care of.
We love going to the Black Bear. So excited that they are here in Fountain. We were disappointed that you weren't open yet on Sunday, but we will visit soon. Haven't had anything yet, that wasn't good. Welcome to our community.
For being such a busy “training” weekend, we were served wonderful food in a timely manner. Staff were upbeat and service was personable! Great job everyone!
