We placed a to go order in person around 7 for three meals. First I asked for a meal on the menu they handed me and the person taking my order told me he could not find it on the screen, so I could not get it, I decided on something else, french toast, sausage and eggs, also ordered chicken and waffle and a ham omelet. We normally don’t have any issues here at the fountain, CO location. But this morning the food was absolutely disgusting. The wait for the food was long and the food was refrigerator cold. I took one bite out of my classic Benedict completely inedible. The lemon for the iced tea still had the sticker on it, the guests across from us had issues too with the sticker. Hire better people, starting with managers. Unbelievably poor service with hateful, lazy crew. Manager was clearly the source of the attitude issues. We love Black Bear diner, but not this location. We won't be back.

weittres was great, food was cold...send to at least heat the mash potatoes and still cold...NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS PLACE, OR FIRE YOUR COOK...
ordered dinner , was not correct husband is highly allergic to mayo and of course there is mayo on burger that is the 3 time that what we ordered was not right , does not matter if we dine in or take home , will absolutely not return
They can make better food, Give us everything we asked for. And actually respond to complaints.
seriously see tons of empty tables, been standing next to the please wait to be seated sign from 10:49am until I finally walked out at 11:06 am. not one person said hold on just a second or be right with you or anything and the host walked by us several times. not coming back here which sucks since we just moved down here and black bear is normally one of our favorites. we used to live by the one on palmer park and went a few times a month.
