We placed a to go order in person around 7 for three meals. First I asked for a meal on the menu they handed me and the person taking my order told me he could not find it on the screen, so I could not get it, I decided on something else, french toast, sausage and eggs, also ordered chicken and waffle and a ham omelet. When we got home with our order we realized we were missing the waffle, there was only stuffed French toast, no sausage or eggs. We normally don’t have any issues here at the fountain, CO location. But this morning the food was absolutely disgusting. The wait for the food was long and the food was refrigerator cold. I took one bite out of my classic Benedict completely inedible. The lemon for the iced tea still had the sticker on it, the guests across from us had issues too with the sticker. Hire better people, starting with managers. Unbelievably poor service with hateful, lazy crew. Manager was clearly the source of the attitude issues. We love Black Bear diner, but not this location. We won't be back.

ordered dinner , was not correct husband is highly allergic to mayo and of course there is mayo on burger that is the 3 time that what we ordered was not right , does not matter if we dine in or take home , will absolutely not return
