Have gone to many black bear diners from Klamath falls to Las Vegas was excited to finally go to Fresno. We ordered the steak medium well and both our steaks were rare. They took it back and I get mine back still rare my partner got his same plate back with now cold beans and potatoes when we get upset we get thrown out
Salmon dinner was not cooked inside and the manager apologized but no discount on dinner.
Worst service ever! Sat there 20+ mins and they still hadn’t taken our order. Table behind us had been changed out, new people got drinks and orders taken. Still hadn’t been acknowledged. After another set of people that arrived after us, had their drinks and orders taken, we finally had enough. Screw that bye!! Won't be back. Guess I'll just go to Madera's location if I feel the urge to eat there. Not the best way to start birthday celebrations!
NOT going back again, the Madera location is much better.
They would not give a decent response to my complain. Told them that for all the problems we have, they could send a gift cerf. to make up for the lousy service and slow cleaning a spill that lead to wet pants. They just do not care
Sorry but no !!bad service and the food was over cooked?we arrived at 6:00pm we got seated at 6:30 ordered our dinner and did not get it until 7:30 .
Fresno location is a NO Go 🙅! Worst experience ever! Slow,disorganized, full of excuses! Horrible service...Boo!!!
well I go to a different place for breakfast on Sundays and I to try this place just once sorry but nothing beats the other place I go for quantity of food......I will say the service is good the food is good
when to black bear diner last night for our first time had a Totally bad Experience there our Waiter took our order for drinks and brought them back with blood on my kids is cups and Straws manager seem not to really care the blood was from the waiter seen him washing his hands after he Brought us our drinks and putting a Band-aid on This was really unprofessionally
